Sue quickly established her own reputation as a world class Chocolatier upon returning to Perth, being named one of the top 8 Chocolatiers in the world by British Airways High Life Magazine.
Sue’s philosophy reflects Voyager Estate’s in terms of her passion for sustainability, supporting local producers, and translating a sense of place through her product.

Over the course of an hour, eight guests will experience pairings such as Chardonnay with Dominican Republic & Saltbush Caramel Truffle, and explore the intricate interactions between the senses of smell and taste that create a magical food pairing.
